About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Leisure Travel Consultant to design and deliver tailor-made travel experiences for a variety of clients. You'll manage the entire booking process from enquiry to post-travel follow-up, ensuring every journey is seamless and memorable. What You'll Be Doing: ✈️ Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences ️ Create and book personalised itineraries including flights, accommodation, tours, cruises, and more Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business Handle amendments, cancellations, and post-booking support Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records in travel systems What We're Looking For: ✔️ Previous experience as a Leisure Travel Consultant (minimum 1 year preferred) ✔️ Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service ✔️ Strong product knowledge, ideally with first-hand travel experience ✔️ Proficiency in a GDS system (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) is highly desirable ✔️ A proactive, sales-driven mindset with attention to detail What's on Offer: Competitive salary $70-80K Super (Depending on Experience) Work-from-home flexibility Exclusive industry perks and discounted travel Ongoing training and career development Friendly, supportive team culture Monday to Friday hours Apply now!
